When you are the “employee” and the “boss” daily work tasks can become a bit stressful! A recent study by the Center of Disease and Control found that farming, fishing and forestry occupations have a high suicide rate.  Read the article below to find out more information about the research.  Remember, when are tasked with being both roles within your occupation it is VERY important to take care of not only your physical health but your mental health as well!
